和吉採用傳統工法製作，耗時10天以上使糖慢慢結晶，再將結晶顆粒篩選成不同顆粒大小的冰糖，以滿足您的在料理上的各種需求。冰糖，精煉白糖經溶解與多次結晶所煉製而成的高純度冰糖。冰糖性溫，廣泛用於食品和高檔補品。
